15.1 and 15.2 have pretty much landed us on a CrossFit-paw kamikaze mission - but just in case you're still doing ok… here's an article on how to keep your hands healing and healthy. If you are ripped right now from 15.1 and looking to do 15.1 today, I'd strongly encourage you to wait til you are a little more healed or at least tape up as much as possible to allow for less damage. The foam rolling/ART clinic is in 2 weeks (Saturday March 21)! Please rsvp to the event so we can inform the doctor who will be instructing it how many rollers to bring. Remember it is completely free to members! If you did not get the invite to the event and would like to attend please contact us!
Just a reminder, Yoga this sunday at10am!!! Mobility is the #1 hold back for most athletes, if you can't get in a good squat position then how can you squat a lot. If you are working on getting down then you are wasting energy getting back up. I highly suggest EVERYONE participate. Classes will be open to the public and are only $10!!! LET'S GET MOBLIE!!! Bring your own mat please...
Tomorrow (Saturday 3/7) Habitat will be closed for all classes. Lorne is going to be at the Arnold with Kevin and with the Open going on it makes more sense logistically to just do 15.2 at CFIC starting at 10am. Everyone is welcome so if you don’t have an unlimited membership and would still like to workout on Saturday please feel free to come up and do 15.2 with us.

Every 3 minutes for as long as possible complete: From 0:00-3:00 2 rounds of: 10 overhead squats 10 chest-to-bar pull-ups From 3:00-6:00 2 rounds of: 12 overhead squats 12 chest-to-bar pull-ups From 6:00-9:00 2 rounds of: 14 overhead squats 14 chest-to-bar pull-ups Etc., following same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds
