Hi Everyone Our schedule for trainers will be changing. Starting on Monday (tomorrow) I will be teaching the 5:30am, 6:30am, 8:30am and 4:30pm. Dan will be teaching 5:30 and 6:30pm and Leah will continue teaching the Burn Classes. Emmanuel will be teaching 5:30am on Wednesdays and Fridays (those are the two morning classes that I will not be teaching). After a lot of consideration, we will no longer have the noon class on Tuesday and Thursday. I apologize for this but we someone's have no members and we regularly only have 2. Thanks everyone! I plan to get a few fans this evening to try to get some air flow during classes. See you all soon! Kevin
WAKE UP! There's still time to make it to the Washington State fitness Expo for the Amped CrossFit Throwdown. We have two teams that KC/Shannon Siri/Britt(her sister)! If you can make it down there cheer them on if you can't get your butts in the gym for the 10am class!
So why walk away from individual competition now? “I have a beautiful baby daughter now and I need to switch gears a little bit,” explains the Michigan native who started CrossFit in June 2009 while studying exercise science at Tennessee Tech University. “I need to be a good dad.”
